Nutrition is an important part of our lives, but many people don't think about it. Physical and mental activities cause wear and tear on our cells, tissues, and organs and our body has to repair and to maintain these vital body components on a moment to moment basis. Without the nutritional building blocks that are supplied by solid and liquid food substances this corrective and restorative process cannot occur. Our bodies were created to heal themselves because food should be our medicine.
My Philosophy: I believe that food is our medicine and can aid in the healing of our body. As your Nutrition Consultant I will provide screenings and advice on diet related concerns such as weight loss, cholesterol reduction, mood regulation, improved sleep patterns, increases in over all energy and well being among many other diet related factors which greatly impact quality of life.
